About Judith Swinney, J.D.

Judith is a parenting coach and mediator who facilitates the Parenting Beyond Conflict class, live on Zoom, now in its 23rd year. Since 1997 She also facilitates court-mandated classes for separated/divorcing parents in in Oregon counties.

For 20 years Judith served as a child welfare mediator with the Oregon Department of Human Services, and presently mediates for the New Mexico Children’s Court Mediation Program. Licensed to practice law in Texas and Oregon, she is a founding board member of the Oregon Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). She also serves on the Oregon Family Law Advisory Committee’s Parental Involvement and Outreach subcommittee. She facilitated supervised parenting time for 17 years in Oregon, and remotely.

A native Texan and member of the Oregon Mediation Association and Texas Association of Mediators, Judith is a cat lover, avid gardener and baseball nut.
